Canary Clean Partner Checklist Guide
This guide is designed specifically for our valued partners to deliver consistent cleaning services in line with customer expectations.
The checklist is largely optional, however, Standard Canary+ Cleans list the required rotational items which customers are expecting.
Notes on Canary+ Cleans (recurring Standard Cleans)
- Rotational Tasks for Canary+: For recurring Canary+ cleans, complete rotational AAA, BBB, and CCC tasks in addition to standard cleaning items.
AAA on 1st, 4th, 7th visits, etc.
BBB on 2nd, 5th, 8th visits, etc.
CCC on 3rd, 6th, 9th visits, etc.
- Remembering order: For Canary+ Cleans – Best practice is to add staff notes in the Automaids App or send to your manager like “AAA Complete” for easy tracking of cycles. Some partners prefer to just remember what was done last or use mobile notes apps. Your method is up to you!
