Booking Your Clean:
We love making things easy! You can book your cleaning directly on our website here or give us a call. We’re happy to answer any questions and get you scheduled.
We appreciate at least 12 business hours’ notice to ensure we can match you with the best team for your needs.
Availability is subject to cleaning team availability.
To account for the unique needs of each home, we operate on a time window basis. Rest assured, our teams strive to arrive within the given window and will communicate any unforeseen delays.
Canary Clean Services:
We offer a variety of services to keep your home sparkling: Move Out/Make Ready Cleans, Deep Cleans, Standard Cleans, Recurring Standard Cleans, and even Hourly Cleans. You can find a detailed breakdown of each service on our Services page: https://canaryclean.com/services.

Your peace of mind is paramount. Our team is fully insured and background-checked, and we take every precaution to ensure the safety of both your home and our team members. In the rare case of a negative event, you can always contact us for any concerns by phone, SMS, or email – or raise a concern within your online portal that you get access to once you make your first booking.
If you need a clean which falls outside our standardized services, we recommend booking an hourly clean to best suit your needs.Â
Absolutely! This is our specialty as it allows us to develop long relationships with our customers and really dial in their needs! Simply declare the “frequecy” of you cleans in the booking form or let us know over the phone!
Prices and Payments:
We believe in fair and transparent pricing. Our rates are determined by the size of your home, the type and frequency of cleaning, and any special requests.
We accept all major credit cards. Payment authorization will happen the night before your clean and will not be charged until after your cleaning is complete.
Though rare, some banks may show this authorization as a charge hold. Don’t worry, we do not actually charge until after the cleaning is complete.Â
We understand that life happens! You may cancel your cleaning without penalty up to 5 PM the day before your scheduled service. Cancellations made after this time will be subject to a $50 fee.
Our Team:
Our cleaners are part of the Canary Clean family, and we’re proud of the work they do! Each team member is experienced, thoroughly vetted, and undergoes training on the latest residential cleaning best practices. We also prioritize respectful customer interactions and the utmost discretion within your home.
We generally have the same cleaning team continue to serve each location. Please note that due to scheduling needs, vacations, or holidays, there may be rare instances where a different, equally qualified team is assigned to your home.
