Our move-out clean is designed to get your full deposit back. It covers inside all appliances (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave), inside all cabinets and drawers, interior windows, wall spot-cleaning, baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and a full garage sweep. The home is left ready for a landlord walk-through.
Do you offer a landlord walk-through guarantee?+

Can you clean a home I have already moved out of?+
Absolutely. We specialize in cleaning empty homes for move-outs and move-ins. Empty homes are actually easier to deep clean since there is no furniture to work around. Just make sure we have access (lockbox, key under mat, etc.) and we will handle the rest.
What is the difference between move-in and move-out cleaning?+
They cover the same detailed scope - the difference is timing. A move-out clean preps the property you are leaving so you can reclaim your deposit or list it for sale. A move-in clean gives your new home a fresh, sanitized start before your boxes arrive, including inside cabinets and appliances. Either way, the home should be empty.
How long does a move-in/move-out clean take?+
Most move-in/move-out cleans take 3 to 5 hours depending on the size and condition of the home. Your booking includes a time estimate, and our team arrives fully stocked with all supplies and equipment.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Moving days shift - we get it. You can cancel or reschedule without penalty by letting us know by 5 PM the day before your booking. Late cancellations incur a $50 fee.
