Welcome to Canary Clean. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to bookings made through our website (canaryclean.com) and via phone. By booking our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking and Service Agreement

Bookings can be made via our website or by phone. Once confirmed, a service agreement is established between you (the “Customer”) and Canary Clean.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on our website or quoted by phone are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted by phone are in USD and may or may not include applicable taxes. We accept major credit/debit cards. Payment details must be provided at the time of booking, and a pre-authorization hold may be placed on your card one day prior to service. Your card will only be charged upon completion of services.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment without incurring a cancellation fee, you must notify us by 5 PM the day before your scheduled service. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50.00.

Customers must ensure that our cleaning professionals have safe and timely access to the property. If entry cannot be gained or is delayed beyond 30 minutes, a cancellation fee may be applied.
